I am looking for information on my gggrandfather, Wiley Kelly (Kelley) who, according to the census, was born abt. 1840 in NC. He is in Panola County, MS where my ggrandmother Mittie Lee Kelly was born in 1872. The other children I have are E. C. (female) and Della.
