    3. Your posting caught my attention. My Kelly line covers some of the same surnames and in at least the same part of the country. Thomas H. Kelly, b. ca. 1846, in NY, m. Maria(h) Ryan, b. ca. 1848, in Canada. The 1880 census shows them living in Yonkers, Westchester Co., NY. Thomas is listed as a bartender. The census also indicates that both Thomas and Maria(h)'s parents were born in Ireland. They had five children born between 1869 and 1878, George, Kittie, Alice, Frank and Charles. Charles married Mary Veronica (Mae V.) Brennen, daughter of Thomas J. Brennen and Bridget Greeley of Hastings-On-Hudson, Westchester Co., NY. I thought with our Ryans, Kellys and Brennen(an)s and a daughter named Kittie there might be a connection. Does this ring any bells with you? Hello fellow KELLY decendants, I am trying to find some information on Bridget Kelly, married to John Ryan. I don't know that much about Bridget, this is what I do know: Bridget and John lived in the Camden County area. They attended the Emmaculate Conception Catholic Church. Their son James was baptized there in 1861 and then married there in 1884 to another Bridget(Cunningham). Bridget and John's other children were Edward b.in 1857 d.1934, and Mary Ellen(Slavin) b.1863 d.1910. We think there is other children also, but haven't pinned that down yet. Bridget Kelly Ryan died in1891 and is buried at Calvery Ceme. in Cherry Hill,N.J. along with all the others mentioned and more that weren't. I know there are hundreds of Bridget Kelly's and John Ryan's for that time period, but does anyone have a tie in with my line? Let me know. Karen Surnames: KELLY,RYAN,CUNNINGHAM,BRENNAN,PATTON and ROY.
