Looking for any information on Clarence Elmo Hinkle, aka Clarence Elmo Kelley. Born in Des Arc, Iron, Missouri April 7, 1910. His sister lost contact and would very much like to know what happened to Clarence. Was known to be a bartender in California and Hawaii. Had daughter named Sylvia. Thank you.
