Paula: In my Kelly tree I have an Elvira Kelly (born 1842), youngest of 10 children of William Thomas Kelly and Rutha Alexander (Kelly) living in Perry County, TN who married a Brandon "Bratt" Ward on Oct. 27th, 1865. AND SC Census: William Thomas Kelly (my GGG grandfather) was born in SC in 1787, Son of James Kelly, born in VA, abt. 1660, Son of Walter Kelly from Ireland. Walter was a Quaker and came from Ireland to SC then moved to VA.
