Mr. Kelley was born in Millville, N. J. He spent most of his life in Fort Myers, Fla., prior to moving to Greeneville. Survivors include his wife: Rae Ann Kelley of Greeneville; his son: Kavan Kelley of Greeneville; his parents: Herbert and Carolyn Kelley of Millville; three brothers: Carl Grinar of Phoenix, Ariz., Lloyd Kelley of Fort Myers, and James Grinar of Morristown, Pa., two sisters: Linda Keeney of Elmer, N. J., and Louise Parsons of Vineland, N. J.; his mother-in-law: Ruby Brown of Greeneville; his father-in-law: Ray Clark of Boynton, Fla.; and two brothers-in-law: Richard Tino of Clarksville and Charles Tino of West Palm Beach, Fla. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Grinar. Jeffers Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements. A memorial service will be scheduled later in Millville.
