William Kelley was born in Wilcox County, Alabama in 1835. William Kelley and Elizabeth Jettle had at least the following children: Enoch Spinx Kelley, born in Dec 1860; Sarah Kelley born in Oct 1861; William A. Kelley, born in 1864; Lucinda Kelley born in 1865;and Emma Kelly born in Jul 1875. Enoch Spinx Kelley married in Leake County, and then moved to Ashley County, Arkansas after the 1880 US Census and before the 1900 US Census. William A.
