Well, here is my once a year post to the mailing list in hopes someone can connect to this family. They are listed on the 1870 and 1880 Layfayette County, MS census records. 1870: Wm Kelly, 35, SC Maggie, 30, Ala Sarah, 10, Miss Miller, 6, Miss 1880 William Kelley, 45, SC Margaret, 35, SC Sarah, 15, SC Miller, 13, SC Albert, 11, Miss Amanda, 10, Miss Georgia A, 5, Miss Richard, 2, Miss The places of birth and the ages don't seem to match up for some reason, but I'm sure it is the same family. Miller was not a common name back then. William Kelly is my gg grandfather. Georgia A. is my g-grandmother; I have all her information. I've been told Margaret/Maggie's maiden name was possibly Floyd and that they came out of the Carolina's. That's all I know. I hope someone knows something about this family or has a lost William Kelly the same age! This has been a dead end for years. Thanks, Patty Ellis
