Coleen I have no idea if there is a family connection with your Ann and mine but the thing that caught my attention was the "Hill" name. I have an Ann Kelly b abt 1740 d abt 1809 md Fauntleroy Dye born 1742 in Lunneburg Parrish, Richmond, Va. My Ann Kelly-Dye's later family married into the Hill family. These Hills and Kelly descendants were in Kentucky. Does it sound familar?
