Hi, Peg I do not recognize the name Watt P. Kelly, however, I do have a Kelly ancestor (James Kelly) who was born in NC and his wife (Emily Watkins) was born in SC. I think my James was born around 1814 however, so I'm not sure about the 53 year age difference, if he would be father to your Watt P., though I'm sure it wasn't unheard of.
