I am also seeking info that may be related to a Joel Kelley. I have the oldest Kelley as a James Ephriam Kelley born 1822 grayson cty, KY, he named a son Joel, perhaps his father/grand father was Joel. I can not find anything past James Ephriam, family legend has his father as Ephriam.
