I am no way related to this person, but I wanted to post the obit in case it was helpful to someone. Lowell Sun Lowell MA November 7, 1957 MRS. URSULA L. HORGAN TEWKSBURY - Mrs. Ursula L. (Kelley) Horgan of 23 Dudley road, Tewksbury, the wife of Frank L. Horgan, and mother of three school teachers, died yesterday, in St. John's hospital, Lowell. She was born in Chelsea, the daughter of the late Daniel and the late Mary (Pender) Kelley. While in Chelsea she was active in the Boston Oblate Mission club and also was a member of the American Legion auxiliary, Post 34, of Chelsea. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Dr. Mary Murphy of Tewksbury, Mrs. Ursula Powers of Wilmington, and Mrs. Barbara Fraser of Jamica lain; three sons, DAniel F. Horgan of California; five sisters, Mrs. Grace Gavin of Tewksbury, Mrs. Helen Millea of California, Mrs. Zita Casey of Lynn, Mrs. Edythe Teer of Penn., and Mrs. Alberta Miller of New Jersey; 18 grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.
