His parents were James Kelley (1758 Bedford Co VA - 1835 Breckinridge Co KY) and Elizabeth Sledd (1758 Amherst Co VA, d. aft. 6 May 1836 Kentucky or Ohio). George Washington Kelley married 1) Sarah Jane Webster 17 Dec 1819 Franklin Co VA, and 2) Nancy Divers (widow of Samuel Wood Greer) on 4 Jan 1856. His children, all from his first marriage: Elizabeth, Benjamin, Anne Eliza, Joseph P., James L., George W., Jr., William D., and Moses G. Is this the family line you are looking for?
