A memorial reception will be held at the Eagles Lodge. The Nichols Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Kelley was born Aug. 14, 1927, in Muscatine, the son of Homer Wilson and Martha Ida Howard Kelley. He was self-employed as a brick mason for many years prior to retirement. Survivors include a son, Lester Kelley of Kirkwood, Ill.; a daughter, Heather Lopez of Marengo; three grandchildren; and a sister, Lauramae Hill of Florida.
