    3. When was your Richard Kelly in Indiana County? Just curious - my grandfather - Richard Blaine Kelley (his father's name was spelled Kelley and Kelly) was born 14 Sep 1913 in (supposedly) Sagamore, Indiana County, PA. Yes, I know Sagamore isn't in Indiana County, but he claimed that he was born there exactly as I typed it. His father was James Blaine Kell(e)y born 03 Aug 1888. I don't have an exact birthplace for him though. James was married to Velma Mae Kiser b 08 Dec 1894 in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. James died 16 Sep 1953 in Butler, Pennsylvania, and Velma died 31 Oct 1946 in Butler, Pennsylvania. James was the son of James L. Kelly and Ester Harman. James L. was born 1838 in Sagamore, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, USA (still trying to verify this).
