Married a Jane Marshall in Indiania in 1848. They had a son named Marshall born in 1850, when Jane died. In 1854 Benjamin married a Margaret Ann Hendricks in Indiania. They had Flora born in 1856 in Iowa, Mary born in 1858 in Missouri, she died before 1910, Charles H. born March 1860 in Hiawatha,Brown Co., Ks. Benjamin was a Judge in Hiawatha,Ks untill 1899. Flora married an A.R. May in Hiawatha, Ks 20 Oct 1873. They had a son Leslie born in 1877, and a daughter Bulah born in 1883. When Benjamin and Margaret moved on to Santa Anna,Orange Co.,Ca in 1900. Only son Charles,his wife Emma,and their daughter Clara born abt 1885 (Mrs Goerge Shope) moved to California with them. Son Marshall H. Kelley, his wife Mary, their daughter Matie born 1873,thier son Benjamin born 1877, and their daughter Gertrude born 1879, stayed in Hiawatha,Ks. Like daughter Flora (Kelley) May did with her husband A.R.! , and their children. When Judge Benjamin F. Kell(e)y died 16 Sept 1914 in Santa Anna,Orange Co.,Ca. His only survivors were wife Margaret, son Marshall, and Grandchildren Leslie May,Bulah May, Mrs Clara (George) Shope, and Louie Kelley. Flora and Charles had already passed away within the last seven years. If you are descended from any of these people,please write to me. I have more information on Benjamins siblings.
