Author: chrisbk28 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.kelley/4999.1.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: its been a while since i asked you about your kelley family. can you give me some names from the early 1800's to the late 1800's. it has been determined that my gg grandfather was irish. married three times. angeline, georgia, and sara. his name was stephen kelley. i found one record that had his family listed kelly. but the true spelling is kelley and with older people in the family, you better get it right or there will be issues. i found out also, that there were many more children from him. i was told he was not born in the us. but im not sure if thats true. some of the family history has said to be secretive.
