Richland Dorothy Eleanor (Weir) Kelley, 84, of St. Barnabas Retirement Village, Richland, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, in Good Samaritan Hospice House, Marshall. She was born June 15, 1923, in Pittsburgh to the late George Earl and Helen (Hubbard) Weir and also was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth K. Kelley, who died in 1976, and a brother, John Weir. Mrs. Kelley was employed for more than 16 years until her retirement in 1985 by Pittsburgh National Bank at its main check processing department. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by daughter Joyce (Michael) Searcy, of Tampa, Fla.; sons Richard D. (Norma) Kelley, of Richland, and Paul (Cheri) Kelley of Nuevo, Calif.; brothers Howard Weir, of Cranberry, and Wayne Weir, of Texas; sister Marion Watson, of Kingman, Ariz; six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the HERBERT R. KING JR. FUNERAL HOME INC., Route 8 at 2841 Woodland Circle, Hampton, where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. David Clawson officiating. Private interment will be in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township. The family requests memorial donations to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3500 Brooktree Road, Suite 320, Wexford, PA 15090. Rev.
