I don't have your Samuel at all, nor any of his children and not much in the way of places. Nothing on Hawkins, Caddell, Commodore, Hart, Looper, Roberts, or Castleberry either. I don't even have a William. John 1762- who married Ann Templeton possibly was born in North Carolina and may have died in either North Carolina or Kentucky. His first son John 1790- who married Elizabeth Bond apparently was born in Stokes County, North Carolina and died in Simpson County, Kentucky. His second son Joseph ca 1793- apparently was born in Virginia. He married a lady with the surname Garrison. His next two sons, Thomas ca 1794- and Robert 1797- apparently were both born in North Carolina and died in Missouri. Daughters Nancy and Minerva were born in North Carolina and Kentucky. I guess I'm not sure this is your family because the names don't match and no one seems to have gone to Alabama. I have eight children for the John Kelley and Ann Templeton marriage and the latest birth date is for daughter Minerva in 1809. If it's the same family, then perhaps it's the next generation which would match your dates better but I don't know any of their names either. Yes, these materials are a treasure trove - and I'm still trying to find a good home for them! Wish I could be of more help but since I'm not researching this line....
