Polly Ann was a daughter of Jesse Hair and Diery/Dicey Wilson and Georgia Ann was a daughter of John Hair and Eliza E. Butler. John and Jesse were sons of Elija Hair and a wife of unknown name who was probably an Owens. They had a half brother, Elija Hair, Jr., who was a son of Elija Hair and Celia/Silah Owens. John and Jesse were in Baker County, Georgia, in 1845 and moved one at a time to Gadsden County, Florida... and John moved to Liberty County, Florida, then back to Gadsden County, and eventually both moved to Decatur County, Georgia. I don't know where any of them were born, or where Elija, Sr., lived after 1840. Elija, Jr., was living in Jackson County, Florida, when he and John both served in Company L 1st Florida Reserve Infantry in 1863. Apparently Elija, Jr., died in that service, and his son Elija III remained in Jackson County till he crossed into Alabama and I lost track of him there. Anyway, to the point as to Kelleys... John Hair's daughter Georgia Ann Hair married Archibald "Arch" Kelly in Decatur County, Georgia, on 3 January 1889. I have photos of two of their three daughters, Ethyl and Evelyn: http://sofkee.org/haire/Ethel&EvelynKelly.htm Does Archibald connect up to Andrew Jackson Kelley (I know... I caught the difference in spelling "Kelley" vs "Kelly"... but these Hairs appear at various times as "Hair" "Hare" or "Haire". I've learned that spelling is often a difference without a distinction.
