Hiram's son Marcus of Ohio had a son Alfred who, in turn, had a son Melvin, my father. Your posting indicates that Hiram's father was Benjamin Kelley. Can you point me in the direction of the information verifying that? We did a search in VT and part of NY, but came up empty handed. My sister and I have visited Danby, VT and the Bromley farm.
