I know George Washington Kelley (g.g.grandfather) enlisted in the 11th Ohio Volunteer Infantry Regiment and mustered in at Piqua, Ohio in 1861. I have a panoramic picture of Franklin, Ohio that indicated that he might have been born in Franklin, Warren County, Ohio but no additional early information.
