Dear Friends, I'm new to the internet, but not to sharing genealogy! I love this resource and all the possible connections. I hope someone can help. We have found that an ancestor is named Hannah Kelley. She was born sometime in the 1780's. She married Enoch Dean, probably in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. She died in the early 1840's in western PA, probably Butler County. (The family was in Mercer, Lawrence and Butler areas.) Enoch's family came from Baltimore (now Carroll) county Maryland to Huntingdon County Pennsylvania and then several of them wen tto western PA. I have found some Kelley families that made the same trek -- at least as far as Huntingdon. I noted that one family even had an Abel W. Kelley born in the 1780's. This is interesting because Hannah named her oldest son Abel W. Somehow, though, I'm missing a connection. I noted that some of Abel's family ended up in West Virginia, but that's all I've come up with on him. Anyone know anything? Thanks for reading this. Lucy
