My family is from Newark, Delaware and My ancestor's in the Kelley line go back to Isle of Mann, England.. James Kelley- born: England Sept 25, 1890 married Sarah Alice Hindes Born: Pittsburgh, pa Sept 25 1898 Joshua john Ross Kelley- born: Philadelphia, Pa April 20, 1860 married Alice Elizabeth DeVoille Born: Hertfordshire, England June 12, 1860 James Kelley- born: Isle of mann, England date??? married Eliza Longfellow born: Yorkshire, England James and Eliza had 8 children: Joshua, harry, joe, jim, anna, rose, polly, ruth Joshua and Alice had 9 children: James , jack, joesph, lawrence, harry, alice, rose, katherine, eliza *james twin* James and sarah had 7 children: Grace, james, richard, rose, anna, charles, gladys. Its said that Joshua and Alice daughter Alice was abducted when she was 14 and was never found but that is the reason Joshua became a merchant seaman to look for her.. Its believed that she was abducted by white slave trafficers.. If you have any other info I'd appreciate help since I've gotten stuck with any info on James and Eliza. Thanks, charlotte
