This may have no relationship whatever but my McPartlin line was from townland: Drummerkeane, Parish: Cloone, Barony: Carrigallen, District: Mohill in County Leitrim. The McPartlin immigrant married a Kelly. Allegedly they were from Tyrone and the Kelly he married was born in the USA but I have not been successful in finding her USA birth record. They were in Ireland during the Penal Years and getting around on foot between Tyrone and Leitrim would have been tedious. Can't be certain, but these Kelly's may have had a connection to Letrim.
