Jan 10, 1850 Walker Co., GA-buried Surry Co., NC] married [Feb 17, 1824 Wilkes Co., NC] Phebe C. BRYAN. Parents of Thomas D. were John & Nancy [DAVIS] KELLY. Parents of Phebe were Andrew BRYAN, Jr. and Delphia Garnett [JONES]. Children of Thomas D. & Phebe C. were: 1. Thomas L. [b. 1825/6 NC] [became a physician]. 2. Clarentine L. [b. 1827/8 NC] married [June 17, 1846 Wilkes Co., NC] H. Boughdand JOHNSON/JOHNSTON [They moved to Walker Co., GA]. 3. Delphia U. [b 1829/30 NC]. 4. Frances C. [b. 1833/4] married Cicero D. MCCUTCHIN/MCCUTCHEN. 5. Laura A. [b 1836/7] [became a school teacher]. 6. Eugena [b. 1839/40] married John H. BITTING. 7. John A. [b. 1841/2 [no info]. Thomas Davis KELLY died in Walker Co., GA but is buried in the family plot that was in Surry Co., NC at that time & later became Yadkin Co., NC. In 1929 that part of Yadkin Co was sold to Forsythe Co., NC. Eugena may have been Mary Eugena. John & Eugena BITTING had a daughter, Dell, who married J. E. SATTERFIELD & was in Dalton, Whitfield Co., GA in 1929. Cicero D. MCCUTCHEN was a lawyer, becam a state senator, & curcuit judge for Whitfield Co., GA. They were in Dalton also.
