I don't think I've had John on the list for about a month and we gather new members all the time, so thought I'd make a Feb. Posting. According to the 1850 census, John KELLEY was born about 1790 in NC. I know he was still alive in Montgomery Co, IN at the time of the 1850 census, but have been unable to find him in an 1860 census yet. He married Desdemonia BROWN, dau of John BROWN and Mary VANCE in what is now Perry Co, KY about 1815. They migrated to IN about 1830.
