Remember, more than 500 of us are reading your messages! > >Paula Hello Kelleys, It's been 5 years, and YES, it would be wonderful to find some of my "missing Links". (I have alot of them missing.) My KELLEY is Catherine Kelly born about 1804 in County Mayo Ireland. She married Thomas MURPHY and they immediately immigrated to Quebec about 1830, and lived there in Mayo, Quebec raising ten children. She died 04 September 1878. Since I last wrote to the list I have found that the parish in Ireland where Catherine and Thomas came from is KILFIAN. I am seeking the Townland. I also have found that Catherine's parents and brother came to Canada with her and Thomas. Her parents were James KELLY and Ann FOSTER. I have not been able to find much on them YET, but at one point (1841) they were living in Plantegenet, Ontario. Catherine's brother (James and Ann's son) was Thomas Francis Kelly. He married Thomas Murphy's sister Mary in 1841. That is the total of my knowledge of my KELLYS as of now. If any of this fits into your line, please contact me. I wish all of you a very wonderful holiday season. May you each find a new Kelly ancestor in your Christmas stocking. (Oh, if only it were that easy.) Nancy MURPHY BALDWIN
