The reason for the existence of the KELLEY - KELLY list is to discuss genealogical problems relating to the surname, occurring at any time and in any place. Please keep in mind that everything that is posted to the list is saved in the KELLEY List Archives. It isn't a joke list. There are other lists for that purpose. That is not to say that researchers don't have a sense of humor. Of course they do. Let's stick to the purpose of the list...and remember, tread carefully when dealing with any KELLEY descendant.
