    3. Hi All, I have newspaper clipping for "NOTICE OF PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION in District Court of Iowa in and for Delaware County May Term 1915" in which a number of Kellys are listed as possible beneficiaries of the estate (in any event less than $1,000 in 1915) of Catherine (Morrisey) Cummings who died on December 31, 1910. If there appears to be any connection for anyone regarding these Kellys, I will provide the transcribed petition as a file attachment to email or snail mail, as appropriate. Note that the ages are as of 1915. James W. Kelly, a grand nephew, age about 32 years of Minneapolis, MN Patrick H. Kelly, a grand nephew, age about 33 years of Culbertson, MT John P. She had married William James Kelly and had two sons: John Kelly born about 1856 in Michigan and Wm. James Kelly born about 1858 in Michigan. Whether the above list belongs to just these two or not I cannot say. I am still searching for my most wanted William James Kelly who went to the Civil War and never returned. Good hunting.
