These are my most wanted Kelley's! Rev. William (Billy) Kelley b. abt 1807 in South Carolina. He probably had a sister Jane Kelley who married James Burroughs, and a brother, Owen Kelley who married (1) Louesa Addison (2) Harriet Guest. William married Sarah (Sallie) Frazier who was born abt 1809 in North Carolina. They lived in Pickens County near Walhalla in South Carolina. One of their sons was born near Westminister, SC on their way to GA. Between 1844 and 1848 they moved to Franklin County, GA. They were in the Franklin County, GA census of 1850. By 1860, they were living in Habersham County. This part of Habersham later became Stephens County, GA. Rev. Kelley was a pastor of Zebulon Baptist Church in 1867 and 1876; he was the Moderator Pro-tem and first pastor of the Old Toccoa Baptist Church; a pastor at the Eastanollee Baptist Churchand the Carnes Creek Baptist Church.
