Hi I am relatively new to the list but thought I would jump in. My husband's grandmother was Nora Maude Kelley daughter of George Samuel Kelley and Susan Nolan Kelley. Nora had a sister named Judie Ann and a brother named Oat or Otis. The question is what happened to Otis. The family tale was that he was a counterfeitter and disappeared and was never heard from again. Supposedly someone was after him. We have been unable to find him in the census records. Nora was born about 1884 and Judie was born about 1880. If anyone has heard of Oat I would appreciate hearing from you.
