Hi List. I apologize. I had the dates wrong on an earlier posting. I have now found my notes. There were two Kelly's married in Adair Co. ,Ky. prior to 1900. They are: Hugh Kelly married Saley Taylor, 1862 John Kelly married Hillena S. Leach, 1868 These marriages are on file. You can get copies of the marriage bond. Prior to marriage of Hugh, he was living in the household of a Goodwin. Appeantly, they were cabinet makers. At this time, I don't know if Hugh was endentured? or not. He was born in Belfast according to his marriage bond. I also found Hugh Kelly on a Ky Civil War Roster. Also, I will have to find my Russell Co.,Ky notes, but I beleive their was a younger William Kelly living here at around the same time. I hope this helps someone. Sharon
