E Mahala b 1808 In Cayuga Co., NY and other children born in Honesdale, Wayne Co., PA: Nancy J. b 1822 m Isaac TURNER; Martha; Robert b 1831 Salem, PA A Benj. KELLEY Jr. owned and operated a tannery in Tresslerville, Wayne Co., PA in 1822, and began another tannery in the 1830's. I believe this is Benjamin 's son, probably born in NYS. E. Mahala KELLEY m Ambrose BUCKINGHAM 1827. One of their dau., Mary Emma b c 1834 Paupack, PA, wrote several books (under the name of Emma May). Other daus. of Mahala and Ambrose were: Susan b 1840 m WARDELL; ? m Geo. CHAPMAN; ? m ? DALE. I realize there were other KELLEY families in the Wayne Co. area, but would appreciate hearing from anyone who might be interested in either of these families to see if there might be a cross-over between them.
