Hello Kellys, It seems that most of you out there are American which I'm not. I must say that the list hasn't been much of help to me because it seems to concentrate on America but, with Christmas in mind, I decided to give it another try. So please have a look into your files and see if you have any information for me. I've traced back my roots to the above mentioned Machiel Kelly, he was born the 2nd of november 1785 in Amsterdam and died on the 17th of december 1859 in Ruinerwold, both in the Netherlands. Thanks to Mike Kelly from Australia I've also got information on a JOHN KELLY he was in the British Army and probably in the service of William of Orange as he moved to The Netherlands sometime prior to 1700. Any information on these Kellys and their ancestors is more then welcome. I still don't know if there is a link between these two but sure would like to find out.
