MCCUTCHEN [b.c.1825 GA]. Cicero wa a lawyer, Senator, & in 1880 census he was Judge of Suprerior Court in Whitfield County. they lived in Dalton. Known children [all born in GA] of Cicero & Frances were: 1. Carrie B. [b.c 1856]. 2. Laura K. [b. May 1858]. 3. Fannie [b. Dec 31, 1861]. 4. Jennie [b.c.1867]. 5. May [b.c.1871]. 6. Cicero D., Jr. [b.c. 1875]. 7. Frank K. [b.c.1879]. Siblings of Frances C. [KELLY] MCCUTCHEN were: 1. Thomas Lafayette KELLY [b. 28 Nov 1824 NC-d. 14 Aapr 1904 GA] was a physician . 2. Clarentine L.
