I have family history compiled by a Kelly family oraganization headed by Ira D. S. Kelly. Shows Joshua, James, Joseph, Patrick, John, Francis and Daniel Kelly all brothers on 1790 census for Pennsylvania. Land records show settlement patterns(adjoining parcels filed on on the same dates) linking probable additional bothers Moses and Isaac. Information re: Rezin is from personal account of Charles Spurgeon Kelly, son of Alfred Newton Kelly, son of Alfred Kelly. son of Isaac Kelly. Timing is right if James migrated to Pennsylvania that he's one of these brothers. Personal account (lacks verifiable records) puts Isaac, James et al as sons or grandsons of Rezin.
