Esther was the daughter of William(Billy Buck) & Rebecca [JESTER] BODENHAMER. In the 1870 census Pleasant & Esther KELLY were in Davidson Co., NC. In the 1880 census they were in Little Yadkin TWP, Yadkin Co., NC. In the 1900 census they were in Jefferson, Ashe Co., NC. Children of Pleasant & Esther KELLY were: William [b.c. 1864]; Margaret [b.
