I have Anna KELLY married to James BROWN, b. Rockbridge County, VA, 1776. Anna was 2nd wife to James. James 1st wife *might* have been Helen KELLY. Anna and James were in McMinn County, TN, 1825-1833; in Murray County, GA, 1839-1842; in DeKalb County, AL, from 1845 on. James died in 1876, Anna died in 1878- both buried at Sand Mountain, DeKalb, AL. My husband's line is through James and the 1st wife. But if anyone is connected to this family, I'd like to hear from you and maybe figure out more about the KELLYs and the BROWNs.
