My William Carroll Kelley was b. abt. 1826 in TN or IL. He married in Williamson Co. IL in 1849 to Polly Jordan. He had a cousin named Andrew J. Mann. The family has always insisted on "ey" though the records that report on them are not entirely consistent. Richard Heyduck
