I am *still* trying to run-down: James KELLY/O'KELLY b ca 1830 - ????? + Margaret/Marguerite LEAVY/LEARY/O'LEARY et al b ca 1834 - ???? m ca 1854 - ????? As you can see there are many quest's. I have this couple well established in Chateauguay/Huntingdon Co's, QC, Canada from 1855>>>>> but------- one Can. census says b/m Ireland another says b/m Canada (thus the ????'s). Try as I may (18 yrs) cannot find b/m in Can. (so far). I *think* I may have found a LEARY/LEAVY connection in Co. Longford, Ire. Would love to hear from anyone who might show these two surnames (w/ any spell. variants) in their records. James & Margaret had 8 child. all n/b St-Jean Chrysostome,Chat., QC, Canada: Mary; William James; Lawrence; Julia Marie; Caroline Augusta; Patrick James; Rosa Ellen & an unnamed son b/d same day.
