The Galway Association of New York, with the help of the IBA, will unveil the memorial stone over KELLY's grave that day at First Calvary Cemetery, Long Island City, Queens, N.Y. The monument dedication will begin with a Mass, featuring music from harpist Penny Jones and singing by tenor Jim Luddy and bass Arthur Kirmss, in the cemetery chapel at noon. The monument unveiling will take place at 1 p.m. with a military procession led by re-enactors from Company A, 69th NYSV, portraying men from KELLY's command.
