Have searched for many years for James Herschel KELLEY b. about 1904-05, Athens, TN? Parents UNK.Had sister named Pauline. if there were other siblings they are UNK. Married Winifred LaRose HEDGE, May 17, 1922, place UNK. Moved from Athens, TN to Richmond, VA sometime after a child was born in 1923. I have not found any records of any kind on this man or his family except a divorce of him and his wife Winifred. Is there anyone out there that please help me.
