Hi Carolyn.....No, I don't have any Kelley families in Loudoun....but I do have BRIDGES....and belong to the Wilson Co TN list....I will keep my eyes open for you if there are any Kelly related names there....My Bridges family went from near Leesburg, Loudoun Co VA to near Lebanon Wilson Co TN.....Have you checked for Kelley/Kelly names for the War of 1812.... When I did that, I found Alexander Bridges (am still not positive of the exact relationship) but do know they are related.... Good luck!
