I am looking for a BAYS - KELLEY marriage in Virginia--probably SW, but I don't know that they didn't marry in Pennsylvania. Christina BAYS, married Joseph WEBB in the 1830s, she was born about 1820. All I have is her surname BAYS and the fact that her mother was a KELLY/KELLEY. They were living in Washington County, Virginia in 1850--in the census.
