I am interested in communicating with any descendants or anyone who has information to share. I have quite a bit of information on the descendants of Lewis & Catherine Kelly and grew up attending the family reunion each year. Sometimes spelling showed up as Kelley in census reports. 3. I am looking for a BAYS - KELLEY marriage in Virginia--probably SW, but I don't know that they didn't marry in Pennsylvania. Christina BAYS, married Joseph WEBB in the 1830s, she was born about 1820. All I have is her surname BAYS and the fact that her mother was a KELLY/KELLEY. They were living in Washington County, Virginia in 1850--in the census. Does anyone have a BAYS-KELLY connection in their research? Thanks, and email me--Sandy Jarrett/ sjarrett@peachnet.campus.mci.net -- MZ

    3. Hi Kelley Cousins, My husband and I have been researching our family for almost three years now. In this time we have included over 575 surnames and over 20,000 individuals. Some of our lines are traced back to the 15th century, while others are nothing more than a generation. We have been able to gather much of this information from the internet and different mailing list. During our researching we have accumulated more than we will ever know what to do with. We have now decided to put everything we have compiled on a new Web Site of our own. It will be a Genealogy - Family Tree type theme with a collection of Ged-Com files and Biographies from selected persons in our direct lineage. We felt very obligated to include a "Links" page that will be designed specifically for other "Surname Related Home Pages". This page will act as a "Directory" for anyone researching a certain name. If you have a web-page that you would want to include here just reply to our "reply-to" address above, with your URL and please include a title for your page. We will make the necesarry additions to this list and a notice will be returned to you by email that your "Web-page" address has been posted. We hope this directory of "Surnames" will become as useful to others, as the internet has been to us. We have been working on this very hard, but we are still a few more days away from having this completed , so please be patient. We will post the URL for our homepage as soon as we have it up and running.
