    3. I am also seeking info that may be related to a Joel Kelley. I have the oldest Kelley as a James Ephriam Kelley born 1822 grayson cty, KY, he named a son Joel, perhaps his father/grand father was Joel. I can not find anything past James Ephriam, family legend has his father as Ephriam. Supposedly he got in a card game with a gamble and later shot and killed him while crossing the big sandy river in a boat. we believe that he may have been from greenup cty, ky Thanks TDKelley ____________________________________________________________________________________ Got a little couch potato? 2. George Kelly
    3. From: George Kelly My Kelly's (Walter Kelly) sailed from Dublin to SC in 1751 with a Quaker group. We do have Ireland/South Carolina/Virginia/back to SC/TN in common but my line moved to SW Missouri in 1851. I have a Y-(37-marker) DNA with lots of 12 marker matches but no 25 nor 37 marker matches. Walter Kelly was my 5th Ggrandfather, then his son James Kelly (in Rev War), then William Thomas Kelly (in war of 1812 battle of New Orleans) then his son James Kelly was youngest Justice of the Peace in Perry County, TN then moved from TN to Newton County MO. Any of your kelly's with similar backgrounds or maybe Y-DNA test results to compare ? George Kelly glkelly@jscomm.net
