Colonel David C. Keller 1839-1902, a brevet colonel from the Civil War who kept the rank all his life and became a hotel keeper in Reading, PA. I have a photocopy of his holograph will written on the letterhead of his hotel, and a couple of copies of printed obits from Reading area papers. He was apparently well known in his time. He is not mine; I acquired these before I had it straightened out that mine, whose lifetime overlapped with his, Doctor David C. Keller 1814-1891, of Dauphin county, was of a different family and no relation as far as I can tell, though he was also well known and this caused me a lot of confusion. If any descendant of the colonel is on this list and wants these, let me know, you can have them for a SASE. Jan
