The following was sent to me and thought I would share it. Charles Paul Keller ========== After finishing up the two plat atlases on my Livingston County MI site, I figured I was on a roll, so why not tackle another project that had been sitting on my desk for far too long.... This atlas is titled the Gardiner English Atlas....printed in 1892. I think perhaps it may have been used in schools also as the index reflects that. Because this covers tons and tons of research areas, from Europe, to Ostfriesland, to Central America to the Netherlands, I have no clue as to what list to send it to and even if I did, I am not subbed to that many that I could accomplish it. If you could send this on to whomever you think it might help, I would appreciate it.... Also if you have a moment ...a message of thanks to our sponsor Charly Caldwell at ISMI (charly2@ismi.net) would be appreciated. The maps are really cool, there are near to 70 of them covering early England to Europe, the U.S., various wars over the span of history etc. They also have included almost 20 "maps" if you want to call them that showing various famous battles that have taken place over the span of history. These show the placement of the offense and defense as they lined up for battle etc. I was going to wait to announce this site until when I got the index done, but the printing is sooooooo small and the printing so smudgy that even when I scanned them and blew them up it near to blinds my eyes just typing on them for about an hour at a time, so it will take a while to complete the index.
