Can you identify Hugh Kellar, probably born about 1848, probably in OH, who married Elizabeth Reed. They had a child born to them in Noble Co., OH in 1875, and there are Kellars in the birth records of Zanesville, OH, whose mother's maiden name was Reed. In the 1870 census Hugh was living with Henry and Elizabeth Phipps Kellar in Noble Co., OH, but he's not their son although they did have a son named Hugh---their son died in VA in 1927.
