    1. Re: [KELLAM] FW: [LDR] Kellam, Wm. -- REPLY
    2. Woody, THIS IS GREAT STUFF !!!! I know of a William KELLAM and there is a WARD also located in Cumberland Co. NC around this time frame. Cumberland Co. NC is the Cape Fear River area. What is interesting about these convicts is that their life expectancy was only about five to ten yrs. max -- due to the harshest of conditions in the coastal areas, SC and eventually - MS being the worst with only a five yr span of life expectancy. There was an Elijah KELLAM there in very early NC with William. I am not sure "IF" this could be the same William however, the time frame fits well, Cumberland Co. NC was out in the wilds and was a hugh turpentine producing area, as well as shipbuilding center. -- Brenda Kellam Schilling -----Original Message----- From: Woody Kellum <lwk@engin.umich.edu> To: KELLAM-L@rootsweb.com <KELLAM-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Wednesday, June 20, 2001 10:05 AM Subject: [KELLAM] FW: [LDR] Kellam, Wm. 1 Mar 1667 Perhaps a connection >Is there a criminal in your ancestory? > >-----Original Message----- >From: TCozz57795@aol.com [mailto:TCozz57795@aol.com] >Sent: Tuesday, June 19, 2001 11:47 AM >To: LOWER-DELMARVA-ROOTS-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: [LDR] Kellam, Wm. 1 Mar 1667 Perhaps a connection > > >1 March 1667 >Warrant to the High Sheriffs of London and Middlesex.
